Privacy
Fast Imagery processes images locally and sends no data by default.
Optional connections occur only after an administrator enables or uses them:
- Cloudflare cache purge: sends generated image URLs and the supplied API token to Cloudflare. API documentation, terms, privacy.
- Custom cache-purge webhook: sends the purge action, generated image URLs, and timestamp to the administrator-supplied endpoint.
- Newsletter signup: sends the submitted email address and consent to Fast Imagery; Hostinger Reach manages delivery. The plugin does not store the email address locally. Fast Imagery terms, privacy; Hostinger terms, privacy.
- External links and review prompts: open a page only after an administrator selects the link. Prompt choices remain in WordPress user metadata and are not transmitted.

Installation
- Install Fast Imagery through the WordPress Plugins screen.
- Activate the plugin.

Is the free plugin limited by an image, byte, or time quota?

No. Manual WebP optimization and the included tools are unlimited.

Does Fast Imagery upload images to a cloud service?

No. Image conversion runs on your WordPress server.

What happens to AVIF files I already have?

Fast Imagery can continue to recognize, deliver, and clean existing AVIF sidecars. Creating new AVIF files requires the separately installed Pro add-on.

Can I remove generated files?

Yes. File Cleanup removes tracked sidecars without deleting original uploads.

What happens on uninstall?

By default, plugin data stays in place. Enable
Delete data on uninstallin settings before deletion if you want Fast Imagery data removed. -
Does this work with page caches and CDNs?

Yes. Picture Tags mode works with images exposed through supported WordPress content filters. Compatible server delivery is also available. Optional Cloudflare or custom webhook purging keeps CDN caches current after generated images change. Hard-coded theme images outside supported paths continue using their originals.
